Data Privacy Policy

Introduction:

The privacy and protection of personal information of both concerned and unconcerned individuals is considered private and confidential. We are dedicated to protecting the privacy of the institution and individuals, providing them with the highest standards of protection. This policy describes the types of personal information we collect, how we handle it, and how we protect it.

Purpose:

To establish the necessary rules and standards to protect the personal data of individuals or concerned persons from unauthorized disclosure and use.

Scope:

This policy includes all data of the International Network for Cards Company, whether for employees or customers, and all committees, managers, and employees are obligated to adhere to it.

1. Personal Data

  Neo may collect and use information about you, including but not limited to the following categories of information:

  - Identification data (such as name, address, phone number, mobile number, email address, country of residence)

  - Electronic identification data(such as IP addresses and cookies)

  - Survey results

  - Information about your use and interaction with Neo’s program and products, our websites, including computer, platform, device information, connection capability, bandwidth, page view statistics, traffic to and from our websites, and browser type**

  - Products or services requested and delivered

  - Your contact list

  - Correspondence between you and Neo

  - Traffic data(data processed for the purpose of transmitting communications or billing, including but not limited to call duration, calling number, and called number)

  - Mobile device information(such as the manufacturer’s name, device model number, operating system, and mobile network)

2. Use of Personal Information

  - Receive, process, deliver orders made through our websites, bill you, or notify you of your order status.

  - Provide other services to you (as described when collecting the information).

  - Provide you with customer support and troubleshoot problems.

  - Compare information for accuracy.

  - Notify you of service updates and faults.

  - Request feedback or participation in online surveys.

  - Resolve disputes.

  - Verify your identity.

  - Customize, measure, and improve the Neo application, our products, and websites.

  - Organize and conduct new marketing or promotional operations, competitions, games, and similar events.

  - Protect your interests and Neo’s, including enforcing our terms of service, preventing and combating fraud (collectively, the purposes).

3. Disclosure of Personal Information

  - Except as stated below, Neo will not sell, rent, trade, or transfer any personal data and/or traffic data or communication content without your explicit permission, unless required to do so by applicable laws or orders from competent authorities.

  - Neo may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, protect Neo’s interests, combat fraud, enforce our policies, or protect any person's rights, property, or safety.

4. Neo Cookies

  - By using Neo’s websites and/or programs, you consent to the use of cookies. You can choose to refuse cookies at any time either by changing your browser settings (if your browser permits) or by stopping using Neo’s websites and/or programs or using applicable opt-out functions. You should be aware that some features are only available through the use of cookies, and if you choose not to accept cookies, those features may not be available to you.

  - Neo uses the following analytics partners to track usage volume on the sites and help improve the features and layout of its websites:

   - Google Analytics is an analytics tool that collects anonymous statistical information such as how often you visit Neo’s website, the date and time of your last visit, the search engine and keyword you used to find our site, the link you use to access our site, and the site you entered from. It does not track your journeys across other websites.

5. Your Profile

  - Your user profile is the information you provide upon registration, displayed in your profile on the Neo application and your personal details page. Your profile may include your Neo username, full name, address, phone numbers, mobile numbers, country, and language. You can access your user profile from the Neo mobile application to view, correct, complete, or remove non-mandatory information.

6. Third Parties

  - Neo’s sites may contain links that allow you to leave its website and access another website. The linked sites are not under Neo’s control, and these sites have different privacy policies. Neo’s privacy policy only applies to personal information obtained on the websites or through your use of Neo’s program and/or products and your relationship with Neo. Therefore, Neo urges you to be cautious when entering any personal information online. Neo is not responsible or liable for these other sites.

  - If you use any add-ons, plugins, or third-party applications in conjunction with Neo (“applications”), the provider of those applications may have access to certain personal information about you. Neo does not control and cannot control how the application provider uses any personal information connected with these applications. Please ensure you review any privacy policies or other terms that apply to the use of this application before installing.

7. Protecting Personal Data

  - Neo will take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data and traffic data provided or collected, taking into account the obligations and exceptions applicable under relevant legislation.

8. Contacting You

  - Neo may request you to provide information about your experiences from time to time, which will be used to measure and improve quality. You are not obligated at any time to provide any of this data. All voluntarily provided information through feedback forms on the website or any survey you participate in is used for the purpose of reviewing this feedback and improving new programs, products, and websites.

  - Neo may contact you to send you messages about faults and service issues. Furthermore, Neo reserves the right to use email, Neo programs, or SMS to notify you of any final claims regarding your use of the Neo application, Neo website, or Neo products, including but not limited to claims of third-party rights infringement.

  - Neo may also use email, SMS, or new programs to keep you informed about Neo’s program news and Neo products you have purchased and/or to inform you about other new products or information related to you. You can opt out of receiving alerts and/or promotional emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link found in the email you receive.

9. Updating Personal Data

  - You have the right to access and, where applicable, modify your personal information. Some of your information may be viewed or edited online by logging into your account page on the mobile application. We will respond to requests to view, correct, complete, or remove your personal information within a reasonable timeframe and after verifying your identity.

  - Neo will use all reasonable endeavors to fulfill requests to delete personal information unless it is required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Retention of Personal Data

  - Neo will retain your information as long as necessary to: (1) fulfill any of the purposes, or (2) comply with applicable legislation and regulatory requests, and relevant orders from competent courts.

11. Privacy Policy Updates

  - Neo will occasionally update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our programs and/or products and customer feedback. When we post changes to this privacy policy, we will update the “last reviewed” date at the bottom of the privacy policy. If there are material changes to this privacy policy or in how we use your personal information, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes before implementing the change or by sending a direct notification to you. You agree that your continued use of new programs or products after notification.
